Is familiar with and accustomed to developing and delivering team safety briefings. He has successfully managed multiple projects with zero days lost due to injury.

Blake has volunteered his time in multiple construction related projects, including traveling to Africa, to assist in the construction of the Hospital of Hope in Mango, Togo. The project included electrical, metal roofing, concrete and woodworking. He also spent time in Lisbon, Portugal, building custom cabinetry for a local missionary. Finally, he aided in the launch of Purposeful Design in Indianapolis, Indiana. PD is a program to teach woodworking/cabinetmaking to marginalized communities in the inner-city of Indianapolis.
