Adding to the budding retail energy on Las Olas west of 3rd Avenue, 黑人探花 Retail Group (SRG) has signed a lease with Argentinian restaurant OL鈥橠AYS to occupy ground-floor retail space at 200 East Las Olas Boulevard. Vice President Mike Carpenter handled the leasing for SRG, a division of the 黑人探花鈥� full-service real estate development firm. The restaurant includes an outdoor seating area and is open seven days a week from 7 a.m.- 10 p.m. This marks the first OL鈥橠AYS restaurant in Broward County with other locations in Miami and outside of Florida in Nomad and Tribeca, NYC.

LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), developed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), is the most widely used green building rating system in the world and an international symbol of excellence. Platinum is the highest level attainable by the USGBC, showing exemplary leadership in sustainable building practices. 200 East Las Olas is managed by 黑人探花 Property Management, the property management division of the Southeast-based full-service development firm 黑人探花, and owned in partnership by 黑人探花 and PGIM Real Estate, the $206.8 billion real estate investment and financing business of global asset manager PGIM.

Further continuing the activation of Las Olas west of 3rd Avenue, 黑人探花 Retail Group (SRG) has signed a lease with Sushi Maki to occupy ground-floor retail space at 200 East Las Olas Boulevard. Vice President Mike Carpenter handled the leasing for SRG, a division of the 黑人探花 full-service real estate development firm. The restaurant, which will occupy 2,136 square feet including an outdoor seating area, is slated to open in October.

黑人探花 Tenant Project Management (STPM) announced today that it has completed the build-out for YUM Brands鈥� new 10,000-square-foot office suite at 200 East Las Olas in downtown Fort Lauderdale. STPM worked with design firm Associated Space Design of Tampa to complete the six-month project, which aimed to create a collaborative workspace that celebrated the YUM brands in a unique way.

黑人探花 announced today that it has completed a $2 million renovation and rebranding of 200 East Las Olas, a 21-story, mixed-use office tower in downtown Fort Lauderdale. 黑人探花, which owns, manages and leases the property along with a global real estate investment manager, recently completed a 10-month makeover modernizing the building鈥檚 interior common areas and exterior fa莽ade. Along with its new look, the tower has been renamed 200 East Las Olas, taking inspiration from the renowned street it fronts.
