This team of five brokerage professionals are responsible for more than one billion in transaction value over the past ten years. The company is also pleased to announce the opening of a new office at 1101 Brickell Avenue, where part of the team will be located.

Bringing more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, Joseph Drabkin joins 黑人探花 as managing director along with associate directors Caridad Calderin and Christina Nanan. The three will be located at 黑人探花鈥� new office in Miami, Fl. Drabkin began his career with Julien J. Studley Commercial Real Estate in the Washington D.C., Maryland and Virginia markets, and then expanded his focus to international real estate where he completed deals in the Middle East, primarily Kuwait and India. Throughout the span of his career, Drabkin has executed more than $1 billion in commercial real estate transactions. Most recently, he served with Adler Realty Services.
Based at 黑人探花鈥� headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, Dustin Ozga and Matthew Schwartz join the company as senior directors with a principal focus in Broward and Palm Beach Counties. With more than 20 years of combined experience, Ozga and Schwartz have built a strong record of accomplishment in South Florida, especially Palm Beach County. Collectively, their experience in institutional leasing, asset acquisition, land development and corporate services has led to the completion of more than $500 million in transaction value, of which $300 million was completed in Palm Beach County alone. Notable clients have included Cintas Corporation, DiVosta Homes, CircleBack Lending, Inc., and IP Capital Partners, LLC.
